Sales Administrator/Customer Service

Full Time Permanent
Location: Donaghy Bros Kilrea
Working Hours: Mon - Sat 9am -5.30pm (Day off mid-week)
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a candidate who will excel in a multifaceted role encompassing customer service, sales, and administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing general administrative duties.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and oversee payment transactions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, warmly welcoming customers, and ensuring exceptional service is delivered.
- Provide assistance with small domestic appliances sales.
- Handle inbound phone calls and emails promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
- GCSE Maths and English at grade c or above (or equivalent)
- 1 year experience of working in an administrative role
- High level of customer service
- Ability to work calmly and accurately under pressure
- Experience in Microsoft 365
- Confident using computer software to administrate sales
- Excellent organisational and team working skills
