As a fast growing retailer, Donaghy Bros are searching for a highly motivated and ambitious Office Administrator to join our team!
Donaghy Bros is a thriving family ran business, trading since 1964. We are Northern Irelands leading independent electrical retailer.
Full Time Permanent
Location: Donaghy Bros Kilrea
Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for general office admin throughout the successful business.
- Dealing with customers in store & over the phone a professional and friendly manner
- Processing payments
- Assisting with the scheduling of deliveries
- Invoicing
- Ensuring all operations of the office run smoothly
Requirements:
- GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Ability to work calmly and accurately under pressure
- Have a positive, confident perspective with excellent communication skills
- Have excellent telephone skills
- Be self-motivated and have proven ability to work on own initiative and respond to challenges in a positive and persistent manner.
- Be Computer Literate and experience using Microsoft 365 Package
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Assured skills in administration and excellent accuracy
- Experience of working in accounts or in an office setting is preferred but not compulsory as training will be provided
