As a fast growing retailer, Donaghy Bros are searching for a highly motivated and ambitious Office Administrator to join our team!


Donaghy Bros is a thriving family ran business, trading since 1964. We are Northern Irelands leading independent electrical retailer.

Full Time Permanent
Location: Donaghy Bros Kilrea

Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for general office admin throughout the successful business.
  • Dealing with customers in store & over the phone a professional and friendly manner
  • Processing payments
  • Assisting with the scheduling of deliveries
  • Invoicing
  • Ensuring all operations of the office run smoothly

Requirements:
  • GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • Ability to work calmly and accurately under pressure
  • Have a positive, confident perspective with excellent communication skills
  • Have excellent telephone skills
  • Be self-motivated and have proven ability to work on own initiative and respond to challenges in a positive and persistent manner.
  • Be Computer Literate and experience using Microsoft 365 Package
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Assured skills in administration and excellent accuracy
  • Experience of working in accounts or in an office setting is preferred but not compulsory as training will be provided

Hours of Work – 9.00am – 5.30pm (days to be confirmed)
